Lee Miller, President & CEO

Mr. Lee Miller joined Cannon Pacific Services in 2006 from his previous post with the City of Santee where he served for a number of years in Public Works Management . He has also held management positions in the Public Works industry with the Cities of Long Beach, California and Mission Viejo, California.

Prior to Mr. Miller commencing a successful career in Public Works he was the founder and President of L.M. Landscape Services, a successful commercial and residential landscaping firm specializing in landscape design, installation and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Public Administration, Mr. Miller is also a UCLA MDE graduate and a member of the APWA (American Public Works Association) and a member of the local chapter of the MSA (Maintenance Superintendents Association). He has returned knowledge to the industry by contributing to Public Works Management Programs as an advisory board member for Cal State Dominguez Hills and Cal State Fullerton.
