 GPSmart – Customized on-board Global Positioning Systems that track our every movement and verify our commitment to “deliver to promise.” Our GPS system not only offers route replay to verify sweeping compliance and efficiency, but also provides invaluable management data and constant truck monitoring of vital signs such as oil and water levels, brush wear, and pre-emptive service feedback. |

 WebTrack – A web-based, route replay service. This password protected online service allows our clients to access their own route information, any time, and in real time.

 AlertSmart – A real time alert capture system for obstacle tracking. Blocked routes from obstructions such as parked vehicles and overhanging trees are date and time stamped.

Compliance Certification – Under new rules of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), residential communities, property managers and contractors have increased responsibility to meet requirements of the regulations, including development of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for each project. The SWPPP requires the observance of Best Management Practices (BMPs), including the regular use of compliant street sweeping. Fines for failure to meet storm water discharge requirements can be up to $10,000 per day. |
